Consultation Policy

When we onboard a new client, we provide a free consultation. At the consultation appointment, we request that a consultation form be completed and signed to assist us in offering desired services to the customer’s satisfaction. We may request a consultation form from an existing customer who is drastically changing their style.

Returns and Exchanges

When returning products, refunds will be given in the form of salon credit, or may be applied to future services.

If you are unhappy with the result of your services, you must meet with the owner or manager on duty, and work out a solution that is agreeable to both parties. We do our best to make you happy with every service that you receive…

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel within 24 hours, two times, a 50% deposit will be required for at the time of future bookings.

Late Policy

If you come to an appointment more than fifteen minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule.

COVID 19 Policy

We must ask a series of questions, and we may need to take your temperature. You will be required to wear a mask, and to use hand sanitizer upon entering the salon.
